Puffy Monarch Smart Bed Set

My original Puffy was not so good. It was replaced and my new Puffy works like it should. No sagging on the edges, nice and firm, and I don't get disturbed when my husband climbs into bed

Bought my granddaughter a Twin mattress and I just loved it. It is soft, comfortable, and cool, so I ordered myself a Queen mattress. I love them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Also it is comfortable to sleep on my back, sides or stomach. I’m able to sleep all night long.

My husband said no on a new bed and I said yes I’m tired of being in pain every morning when I get up and guess what my life has changed. I have no pain when I’m sleeping. Their sheets are amazing. I feel like I’m at a five star resort.

This bed is a game changer. Our backs have been hurting for over two years. A family member recommended puffy to us and we figured let’s give it a shot. It’s been over a month and we have no back pain. Truly amazing! The pillows are also a must!

I purchased my first Puffy Cloud king-size mattress in 2018 for myself and my husband and it is just as comfortable now as it was 5 years ago when we first received it. There is a slight depression in it where we each sleep after 5 years, but it is minor. I recently purchased two more Puffy Cloud mattresses in size queen, one for each of our boys. They are very happy with the mattresses. I also purchased two midnight foundations for each of the queen mattresses. They are very sturdy and well-made. There's a lot of room under the foundations. The foundations were easy to put together; I did it myself in just a few minutes each. My order shipped in two separate shipments: the foundations, sheets, and mattress protectors shipped first, and the two mattresses and pillows shipped several days later. I received the mattresses a week after I ordered them. The sheets are made in China, FYI. I chose Puffy because the mattresses are made in USA, which is extremely important to me. The pillows are filled with small pieces of chopped up foam and you can remove as much foam as you need to make the pillow the appropriate size for you. Pillows and mattresses have a slight chemical smell (foam) when they arrive, but that goes away after a few days. I was able to haul the mattresses upstairs by myself, but two people would make it a lot easier. I love that Puffy ships directly to your house and they have excellent customer service. Easy ordering/shipping and customer service are also very important to me, as it made it so easy to buy from them, rather than go to a store and transport everything home.

Our mattress is the best mattress we ever purchased! It’s so comfy! And I know will last a long time of how good the quality is. It’s very thick and gives so much comfort to our sleeping ability! We also ordered a large puffy dog bed and our dog loves its. It’s very easy to wash and put back together! I highly recommend puffy! The sheets are awesome as well.

Hi, I’m Chuck and I just got my Puffy a couple of weeks ago. I’m 76 years old and pretty set in my ways. I am a restless sleeper and for the sake of my partner I sleep alone. For some time now, maybe a couple of months, I had become unhappy with my existing matress. It was about 5 years old and just wasn’t comfortable. I was experiencing back and shoulder pain, and sleeping fitfully. So I began my search for a new matress! Wow, the matress world had changed a lot in 5 years. After a couple of weeks in local furniture stores and on line, I was pretty confused. And then I happened upon a Consumer Reports article on mattresses. And there popped up Puffy as #1. Well that was my final decision info, the more I learned about Puffy, the more convinced I became it was worth a try. Probably the final factor was the very reasonable policy regarding return of the matress if it just didn’t meet my needs.

So much for decision making, now how about the results. After a couple of weeks, I am tremendously happy with my Puffy decision. The company is very professional and very customer oriented.My order came quickly, probably a week from ordering. There was literally no time involved in getting the matress ready to use, there was no smell, which I know from my research can be a problem with many mattresses!

Sleeping on my Puffy is like a dream come true, it provides perfect support, it kinda molds itself to your body. I’m a side sleeper and the support is great on all parts of the torso.

A couple of idiosyncratic pluses, I was able to get a 10” high matress, this was important because thicker mattresses pose an issue for older persons, especially if they are shorter (I’m 5’8”). I know from my experiences trying out mattresses that a 14” mattress posed some logistical issues, I had to do a little jump up to get into bed! OK now but 80 is just around the corner. Also the fitted sheet for the Puffy had little instructions sewn in the side that said “bottom or top” and “side”. Saved me quite a bit of time!
Customer service seems like it would be nice, if there ever was a problem, haven’t had any problems so this is just speculation. They don’t bombard one with extra solicitations like so many companies do these days! Five stars for sure!

Puffy has fast delivery with great customer service and tracking. We were very impressed with how easy the setup was. We were able to enjoy the mattress on the first night with no order. We purchased the king medium firm. It came with amazing pillows that dramatically helped our necks and wonderful sliky hemp sheet that keep us cool. It also came with a slightly cushioned mattress pad to protect and cool. The mattress slept like a dream. I was never hot and it provides firm support while contouring to our bodies. We are able to rollover without getting stuck in the bed. Luxurious high-end sleeping at reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thank you Puffy.

Puffy had exceptional customer support and very attentive agents whenever there was a problem. Despite being memory foam, the mattress isnt too sinky. Very comfortable for side-sleepers like myself. The real winner for me was the set of bamboo sheets that came with it - super cooling and soft, really high quality. Overall a great purchase!
