After sleeping on our Puffy Royal Hybrid Queen for 2 weeks, I knew my hip needed a more plush mattress. I called customer service to trouble shoot and they recommend (and sent) the 3” mattress topper. It was exactly what was needed. The best part is that it is like a fitted sheet so it does not move around. The mattress is perfect now!

And the adjustable base? That is my husband’s favorite part! So great for a bedtime reader.

After many months of back and forth indecision we finally decided to order the Puffy Lux mattress. We had a standard box spring/mattress that was very uncomfortable. There really wasn’t an adjustment period to get used to the Puffy. After sleeping on it one night our bodies felt so much more rested than with the old mattress. Highly recommend!

We ordered the Puffy Luxe Hybrid mattress in a king size. Since we were moving to a new house, we decided to order it early. This led us to miss the 101-night sleep trial window, as we didn’t even set it up until 50 days after receiving it. (On a side note, the shipping was incredibly fast!)

The mattress turned out to be a bit firmer than I prefer, so I started looking for a topper. I was about to purchase a Tempur-Pedic topper when I decided to check if Puffy offered one. They had two options, so before making a purchase, I reached out to their customer service to explain my dissatisfaction with the mattress and shared the backstory.

Puffy’s team went above and beyond to help. They resolved the issue quickly, and I had a new topper in less than a week! The topper made a huge difference, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this brand—not only for the quality of their products but also for their exceptional customer service. Also, their sheets are amazing—an absolute dream to sleep on!

I purchased a Tempur pedic mattress about 5 years ago. Actually, this was my second on in 10 years. As time passed it became harder for me to sleep on the mattress. In the winter it feels like the material inside freezes and it’s hard as a rock. Cause a lot of body pain particularly on my hips. I dreaded going to sleep. Then my Fiance started to complain as well. I decided to get a topper in hopes that it would help with the firmness of the mattress. Every time I searched for the best topper Puffy came up. To be honest I never heard of it. But after reading the return policy I decided to give it a try. Well it’s been a few weeks now and I can honestly say it has made an amazing difference. I got the soft topper and I love it. I am back to looking forward to going to sleep. I am able to sleep on my side with no pain and I have less aches and pains I the morning. My quality of life and sleep has improved. Thanks Puffy.

I can't say enough about how luxurious these sheets are I have them on all of my beds in my home and my niece just stayed over for Christmas and I didn't have a Christmas gift for her so I purchased her a queen sheet set and she is over the Moon.

Extremely comfortable and form fitting. It stays on the mattress tightly without pulling up as you change your sheets. It has a nice cooling aspect. Worth buying!

I have had my mattress for almost a month now and can say I have had a great experience. The cooling technology provides me (a very warm sleeper) much needed comfort. Additionally, the hybrid nature of coils and memory foam provide pressure relief for both my partner and I. My partner was hesitant to upgrade our mattress, but he absolutely loves it.

The softest and most high quality sheets I’ve ever had. Truly the only sheets I will buy from now on. The best material there is! Puffy customer service is also fantastic!

My original Puffy was not so good. It was replaced and my new Puffy works like it should. No sagging on the edges, nice and firm, and I don't get disturbed when my husband climbs into bed

I am a side sleeper and I frequently have shoulder pain from my mattress. This topper is awesome, it gets rid of nearly all my pain. I wish it were a little bit softer, but otherwise its a great product!

Life changing sheets!

I love great sheets and saw an ad for the Puffy Signature Sheet set. I started looking into them and decided it was time to purchase. After washing the sheets and sleeping on them one night, I realized I have found my favorite sheets after years of trial. These sheets are so soft and very comfortable to sleep in. They do not make me hot while I sleep either. If you are on the fence of buying these sheets, I recommend you do it, you won't be disappointed. I love our Puffy Signature Sheets, they are the best!

This mattress topper has helped me to sleep better. My bed was too firm and this is exactly what I was looking for!

Hesitant to give 5 stars too early on in my 100 night analysis, but the Royal seems to fit the bill for exactly a side sleeper with back issues. Firm, but plush. Comfortable.

Wondering if it's worth it? Yes! The weighted blanket is go perfect. I don't sleep well due to stress and anxiety. This blanket is so amazing. See my video to see what it actually looks like!

Super silky, easy to clean. The fitted sheet has straps to keep it in place. Couldn't be happier. I bought a second set for my son's bedroom and would buy more for everybody in the household.

This is the best product on the market by far! The pillows are so comfy and last a long time!

I thought nothing could make my puffy bed better but I was wrong, I got the puffy sheets! They are so smooth and luxurious feeling and somehow keep the temperature just right. They are lightweight enough to easily wash but are in no way flimsy.

We love our puffy sheets, well I do more than my husband. They are very cold when first getting into bed, which is hard at first. But for a lady with hot flashes this is nice!

I find the Lux hybrid puffy to be firm yet it sleeps like your on a cloud! I’ve been getting a deep sleep and waking up feeling a lot more rested since I’ve had my puffy!

Royal mattress and serenity base review

Like sleeping on a cloud.

I purchased the Puffy Deluxe Soft Mattress Topper to add to our extra firm queen mattress. It made all the difference in the world. Our mattress is so much more comfortable now. The topper arrived quickly and stays in place great on our mattress without shifting around. Do not hesitate to purchase this topper! You won't regret purchasing this mattress topper as Puffy offers the 101 night sleep trial for returns. We didn't need that. It's a keeper! Thanks Puffy!

I have slept on a Puffy Luxe mattress in the past, and it was good. I did have to have a Puffy topper on it to make it more plush, and I found that pretty comfortable. Therefore, I had difficulty deciding on whether to order the Puffy Luxe or the Puffy Royal - I chose the Puffy Royal as it seemed to be a combination of being plush, but firm enough for good support. I like the feeling of getting into a very plush bed, but realize I actually feel less stiff in the morning if it has some firmness to it. The Royal (so far, only been a couple of weeks) seems to fit the bill perfectly for me. I do wake up hot in the night, and can't decide if that is the mattress and if I need a cooling mattress pad, so that part is TBD. Overall I think the Royal is worth the additional cost over the Luxe, and I'm happy (so far) with my decision.
